Here at AG Strength and Performance we take the term “Online Coaching” to an entirely different level. All of our current online coaching packages include the highest standard of tailored programming.
In the gym itself I’ve got close to 10 years experience. As a coach I have over 3 years.
In that time I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of athletes, from the humble beginner, to bodybuilders and powerlifters right up to other aspiring coaches.
In those 3 years zero expense has been spared on learning and perfecting each area of my craft. By going above and beyond the typical qualifications and instead acquiring some of the highest level accreditations available.
Getting into fitness and strength training has completely transformed my life. I’ve learnt a lot over the years but I’ve also failed and encountered setbacks numerous times. Being able to get to know the athlete better, how mobile they are and how they respond to various movement patterns plays a big role when it comes to effective programming and being able to build a roadmap for progression.
We don’t rely on athlete adherence to achieve results, our tailored programming helps create the environment that makes adherence feel incredibly easy for the individual.
We like to place emphasis on striking a balance between a persons lifestyle and their training, it makes the process all the more enjoyable when you can smash your training, get incredible results and still do all the things you love outside of the gym.
